Interesting how we always complain but seldom give thanks
Interesting how we choose to rely on others but cannot be relied upon
Interesting how we can be so good with our words but so bad with our sincerity
Interesting how many promises and vows we can make but never able to keep
Interesting how sensitive we are to rejection but so much less to acceptance
Interesting how we always try to heal the healthy but forget the sick

Interesting how some things are right in front of you but you can't see
Interesting how you've always been searching but when found, you can't keep
Interesting how you've always been seeking but for the wrong kind
Interesting how the things we want may seem good but is actually bad
Interesting how we want to be happy but never attempt a smile
Interesting how we want to spend but never grow poor
Interesting how we really want but can’t
Interesting how we really want but shouldn’t

Interesting how we try to compromise and argue for something that doesn't matter
Interesting how we try to justify what is obviously wrong
Interesting how emotions can't be rationalized with our head
Interesting how we have to train our hands to coordinate with our legs
Interesting how our eyes influence our heart
Interesting how our ears hear only what it chooses

Interesting how we fight within ourselves
Interesting how we fight within people of the same faith
Interesting how inhuman humans have become
Interesting how we want to be loved when we never showed love
Interesting how we build our hopes and expectations only to be disappointed
Interesting how more knowledge seem to discourage more than help
Interesting how Jesus chose to die for rotten, unworthy sinners like me
