Post exams..

Yes my exam is over. And I really have no confidence that I can pass it. All I can do is pray and commit the paper to God.

Gotta go back to work tomorrow. Was dreading it so much. But somehow I managed to draw some strength from this passage I read from the book of Ecclesiastes last week, thought that I'd share it!

There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven- A time to give birth and a time to die;
A time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted.
A time to kill and a time to heal;
A time to tear down and a time to build up.
A time to weep and a time to laugh;
A time to mourn and a time to dance.
A time to throw stones and a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace and a time to shun embracing.
A time to search and a time to give up as lost;
A time to keep and a time to throw away.
A time to tear apart and a time to sew together;
A time to be silent and a time to speak.
A time to love and a time to hate;
A time for war and a time for peace.

This book of the Bible is really one of its kind. It tells you of how futile life is. How everything is done in vain. Work, obtaining wisdom, and pursuing riches are all done in vain. UnLesS! Unless we live life with and in Him, unless we fear God and keep His commandments for this is indeed the whole duty of men. And God even tells us to enjoy life as He gives it. Trust me, He gives awesome things, nothing short of the BEST for us! Ah..there's hope in this big, bad world again. *big SmiLeS*

Took one of my best friends out for dinner today at this place called Opus for her birthday treat. It's really a nice place. Nice ambience and food too. Too bad we both weren't much of a wine person. That place seems to serve all types of authentic wine. Classy. Hehe. But I guess the truth is that whatever the place, nothing matters more than the company, right? ;) Yes, I only say such nice things to you on your birthday. HapPy biRthDaY MaBeL!!

Ok I'm slumped. Was kinda 'defeated' by the exam today. So I should take rest soon. Now would be good actually. Goodnight!
